TGIF. This week went by especially fast since I just got back from a vacation and have spent most of the week catching up with work, getting settled back in, and meeting up with friends. It is restaurant week here in Dallas, so I am spending the weekend gorging on more food. After my 3 a day gelato binge I was having in Italy, I thought I may as well continue with the fab food overload for at least a few more days.
